February 17, 2021
Throughout February, we will introduce members of our team, sharing what Black History Month means to them as well as who inspires them. For Jacqueline Morrow, a Team Leader – Order Fulfillment in High Point, N.C. at Harland Clarke, a Vericast business, Black History Month celebrates our founding fathers and civil rights activists who pioneered a better life for her and so many others. Today, there are even greater opportunities for younger generations. The month is a reminder, she said, of the “incredible things slaves did to help us be who we are today.”
Maya Angelou is the inspirational person – past or present – Jacqueline would like to spend the day with, just sitting and listening to one of the greatest American poets of all time and learning more about what inspired her. Strong-minded with words that are uplifting, Maya Angelou reminds Jacqueline of her father.
