EMPLOYEE TESTIMONIAL
CHRISTINA MYERS
(she/her)
“As a remote employee I find the culture of inclusion at Vericast especially important. Staying connected to my colleagues and knowing that my ideas and input are not only invited but are acted upon is very affirming. I appreciate that my voice is heard, my knowledge and experience are counted on, and I understand how my role helps move Vericast forward.”
EMPLOYEE TESTIMONIAL
Nicole French
(she/her)
“Inclusion means creating environments where everyone feels valued, respected, and able to contribute fully. We all have our unique way of looking at the world and that impacts the work we do. Ensuring people feel comfortable bringing their authentic self to work makes for better inputs, better decisions, and better client experiences. Listening, learning, and trying new things is part of our DNA at Vericast.”

Greg Gonzales
(he/him)
“Inclusion for me is acknowledging my personal biases and striving to improve myself while helping others do the same. It is so important to be aware of how our interactions may impact our teammates so that we don’t alienate them but instead learn from unintended mistakes and progress together.”
EMPLOYEE TESTIMONIAL
CARA DESANTIS
(she/her)
“The culture at Vericast is very positive and welcoming. There are many ways to learn, network and collaborate either on my own or in a group. After my position changed to being remote, I relied on ERGs to help simulate office comradery. Being involved in ERGs is very important to me as I enjoy being able to meet and connect with colleagues that I wouldn’t otherwise encounter. The mentorship and pairing events have helped me grow as an employee and have given me opportunities to explore my career path, as well as assist others with theirs.”

EMPLOYEE TESTIMONIAL
DANIEL GOMEZ
(he/him)
“Participation in diverse events from our Employee Resource Groups are encouraged by management and cover a decent array of topics. I LOVE drag queen bingo during Pride month, but some of my favorites ERG experiences have been Trivia with humble prizes awarded – What can I say? I’m competitive. I am comfortable at work because I am judged and recognized by the quality of my work and job performance, and not for being a gay Latino immigrant.”

ROBIN WOODARD
(she/her)
“My favorite ERG event has been the Women+ Community Committee’s Happy Helpers for the Homeless. I’ve organized it for the last 2 years and this past year, we brought their Director in for a lunch & learn with Vericast. These volunteers work tirelessly 24/7 (holidays included) to ensure that the homeless in our area are fed and clothed. High School students are also able to earn their volunteer hours towards graduation. Participating in making food, lunch and breakfast baskets/boxes honestly brings me a lot of joy. It’s a blessing to be a blessing to someone else. On our last visit I was surprised with their Happy Helpers Luminary award for Service. What an honor!”
