Michelle is the Interim Chief Marketing Officer where she is responsible for Vericast’s brand identity, industry presence, and go-to-market strategies to influence consumer purchasing and transaction behavior at scale. She leverages the organization’s full set of capabilities, vertical market expertise, channel proficiency and data prowess to deliver unique value to clients. A seasoned veteran of the startup and technology space, she has more than 20 years of experience building products at Valassis, MaxPoint, iContact, Channel Advisor, and JP Morgan. She is a recipient of the Triangle Business Journal 2020 C-Suite Award, recognized for her data-driven marketing leadership and her fluency in technology-based innovation.

Most recently, Michelle was Chief Marketing Officer at Valassis, where she guided the company’s brand evolution and go-to-market initiatives, establishing the organization as an award-winning, omnichannel, data-driven marketing services company.

Active in the Raleigh, N.C. area, Michelle also serves on the board of Girls on the Run of the Triangle, is a Coach for the University of North Carolina Introduction to Entrepreneurship, and is active with Super Cooper’s Little Red Wagon Foundation.

She holds a BA in Economics and International Relations from Bucknell University and an MA in Economics from New York University.
